About This Event
Kicking off the third and final iteration of Per°Form Open Academy of Arts and Activations — live gathering of Per°Form Fellows, intersectional practitioners across diverse disciplines of curation, research, education, visual culture, performance presenting their strategies for activating contexts and communities — The Mentor Series features eminent thought leaders in the arts in-conversation on trends, negotiations and directions in their respective fields.
Donation Ticketing
Accessibility is a core value of Per°Form Open Academy. Tickets to all programmes at Per°Form Open Academy will be on a donation basis, starting at a minimum suggested donation of $10 per ticket.

About Anne Bogart
Anne Bogart is a theater and opera director and a Professor at Columbia University where she runs the Graduate Directing Program. She is the author of six books: A Director Prepares; The Viewpoints Book; And Then, You Act; Conversations with Anne, What’s the Story and The Art of Resonance. Works with SITI include Radio Christmas Carol, Falling & Loving; The Bacchae, Chess Match No. 5; Lost in the Stars; The Theater is a Blank Page; Persians; Steel Hammer; A Rite; Café Variations; Trojan Women (After Euripides); American Document; Antigone; Under Construction; Freshwater; Who Do You Think You Are; Radio Macbeth; Hotel Cassiopeia; Death and the Ploughman; La Dispute; Score; bobrauschenbergamerica; Room; War of the Worlds–the Radio Play; Cabin Pressure; Alice’s Adventures; Culture of Desire; Bob; Going, Going, Gone; Small Lives/Big Dreams; The Medium; Hay Fever; Private Lives; Miss Julie; and Orestes. About Per°Form Open Academy of Arts and Activations
Per°Form Open Academy of Arts and Activations (POA) returns for its third and last iteration in February 2025. It is a live gathering of eminent thought leaders in the arts in-conversation on trends, negotiations and directions in their respective fields, indigenous artists from Nepal in public engagement through gatherings, dialogue and workshops, and in-studio engagement and ideation of dance in exhibition settings
With a 22-day programming, this year's POA expands its range beyond previous iterations with The Mentor Series, Opening Studio, and Closing Studio.
